1. Appearance Requirements:
- Dark Spots (Black Streaks): One black spot allowed on each side of the front/back, with a size of ≤0.1mm. No specific requirements for areas not visible.
- Flash: Height must be ≤0.2mm, and the flash should be smooth to prevent injury or assembly issues.
- Sink Mark: Maximum size of ≤1mm²; up to two allowed, with at least 50mm between them, ensuring they do not affect assembly.
2. Performance Testing Requirements:
- Material Compliance: All plastic parts must conform to the material specifications outlined in the Bill of Materials (BOM).
- Screw Hole Alignment: Screw holes must be properly aligned without any misalignment.
