If you plan to supply material for your injection molded parts, please fill out the form below and upload the required documents. After processing your submission, we will provide shipping details and assign a material ID number.

If you are supplying a liquid silicone rubber material, please note the following requirements:

  • Shipments must be labeled correctly with the designated company name, address, prepaid freight, and assigned material ID.

  • Part A and Part B must be supplied separately.

  • Materials must be free from contamination.

  • KingStar Mold is not responsible for delays caused by improperly labeled or shipped materials.

  • Material must be in manufacturer-standard containers.
    Examples: 20 oz. cartridges, 32 oz. cartridges, 5-gallon pails, or 20kg pails.

  • Each lot or batch must include the Date of Manufacture and Expiration Date.

  • The following materials will not be accepted: RTV silicone, pourable silicone, pre-mixed A&B components, etc.

Storage Policy

We may dispose of customer-supplied materials if they remain inactive for an extended period. For details, please review our Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Yes, the resin must be in manufacturer-standard containers such as sealed bags, drums, or pails. And if you are supplying liquid silicone rubber, it must be packaged in 20 oz. cartridges, 32 oz. cartridges, or 5-gallon pails to be accepted.
