Tolerances
Our injection molding process typically offers a machining accuracy of approximately ±0.003 in. The shrinkage tolerance varies primarily based on the part design and the type of resin used. For stable resins such as ABS and polycarbonate, it ranges around 0.002 in./in., whereas for less stable resins like TPE, it can reach up to 0.025 in./in.

The maximum part size we can accommodate in plastic injection molding is 29.6 in. x 18.9 in. x 8 in. (751mm x 480mm x 203mm).
